Hanzsolo is a true New York boy, raised in a true New York melting pot background; coming from a Middle-Eastern family with 5 brothers and 3 sisters. He speaks a Brooklyn slang that spells swagger and represents for the city he has called his home for 26 years.
Hanz's involvement in music began as early as 1998, then just a young boy with big dreams, he worked for Michael Fredo (Tommy Hilfigers nephew) who was then signed to Warner Brothers and supplied melodies and productions to a selection of young artists. One of his projects even developed with the legendary Slick Rick and being produced by Kenny Dope. This song sold no less then 20,000 units and made him commit even more to his calling.
With a trip to London, along with this very project and an opening slot for Kanye West, everything seemed to fall into place, when the artist Hanzsolo was working with suddenly decided to quit. Having learned the hard way that a team always meant being dependant on another persons wants and needs, he decided to go solo and find his very own sound. For the past months he has been working on an album, released a single independently and generated interest from one of the hottest labels in Europe with his unique mix of hiphop, dance and electronica aptly called "hip-tronic" by the man himself.
